Important Notice: Kemo TV provides digital streaming services and access credentials. Continued use of our website and services constitutes your explicit agreement to all terms and policies outlined on this page.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any service provided by Kemo TV, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Delivery Policy, and Refund Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Kemo TV provides digital subscription services that grant users access to live television channel playlists, video-on-demand (VOD) titles, electronic program guides (EPG), and Xtream Codes API access across compatible third-party applications and media players.

Our service requires an active, stable internet connection (recommended minimum: 25 Mbps for HD and 50 Mbps for 4K streaming). We do not provide physical hardware or internet connections.

3. Accounts, Simultaneous Connections & Device Policy

When you purchase a subscription or activate a free trial with Kemo TV:

  • Connection Limits: Standard packages include 1 simultaneous active connection unless you choose a multi-device plan (2, 3, or 4 connections) during checkout.
  • Strict Prohibition on Sharing: Running more devices simultaneously than your plan allows will trigger automated temporary line suspension by our security firewall.
  • Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your M3U playlist URL, username, and password.

4. Payment, Billing & Orders

All subscription fees are displayed clearly on our pricing page. When you submit an order request, our team provides secure, encrypted 1-on-1 payment instructions via your selected contact method (WhatsApp or Email).

We do not initiate surprise recurring charges. Subscriptions are billed upfront for the chosen duration (1, 3, 6, or 12 months) and will only renew when you explicitly choose to extend your plan.

5. Service Availability & Maintenance

While Kemo TV maintains a 99.9% server uptime commitment with Anti-Freeze 9.3+ load-balanced infrastructure, occasional routine server maintenance or emergency updates may cause brief disruptions. We work continuously to ensure uninterrupted streaming during major global sports events.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

  • Re-broadcast, redistribute, re-stream, or publicly display our streaming feeds for commercial gain.
  • Attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or hack our Xtream Codes API or server endpoints.
  • Use automated bots, downloaders, or tools designed to overload our streaming gateways.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kemo TV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from internet service provider (ISP) throttling, local network issues, device hardware failure, or third-party app incompatibilities.
